How to Authorize Wayfair Store in Alleasy OMS

1. Overview

Definition: Connect your Wayfair store with OMS for automatic order sync and unified management.

Benefits: Sync orders from Wayfair backend, process in OMS, set automatic shipping rules.

2. Pre-Authorization Notes

• Platform SKU: OMS syncs Wayfair's "Supplier Part Number". Fill this in Wayfair backend before authorization.
• Create SKU in OMS: OMS doesn't sync product info. Create SKUs independently and map them.
• Platform Labels Only: Only supports Wayfair platform logistics labels. Select "Upload Logistics Label" channel.
• New Orders Only: Cannot pull historical orders, only new orders after successful link.

3. Authorization Steps

3.1 Wayfair Developer Application

Some seller accounts can directly enable API permissions. Go to Partner Home > User Management and check permissions.

If API cannot be enabled directly, email [email protected] and [email protected] to request API access (5-10 business days).

3.2 Create Sandbox and Production Applications

3.3 Download Inventory CSV

Go to Inventory > Inventory Management, download CSV with Supplier ID, Supplier Part#, Quantity On Hand.

3.4 Contact WMS Support for Sandbox Testing

Send Sandbox Client ID, Client Secret, and CSV file to Alleasy WMS support for testing.

3.5 Authorize in OMS

Fill in Production App's Client ID and Client Secret.

3.6 Set Up Product Mapping (Required)

• Ensure OMS has created corresponding product SKUs
• Ensure Wayfair product info has Supplier Part Number filled in
• Quantity = conversion coefficient (NOT inventory quantity)

3.7 Platform Order Operations

• First authorization pulls orders from 3-5 days before store creation
• Subsequent syncs every 15 minutes (last 2 days)
• Click [Manual Sync] for immediate sync
