Complete guide to connect your Shopify store with OMS

1. Overview

Definition: Connect your Shopify store with OMS to sync real-time order data for one-stop order processing, logistics matching, and shipping confirmation.

Benefits: Auto-sync real-time orders, set custom order rules for automatic shipping, reduce manual operations and improve efficiency.

2. Authorization Steps

2.1 Get Store Link

Login to www.shopify.com. Store link format: *****.myshopify.com

2.2 Access OMS System

Login to OMS, navigate to System Settings.

2.3 Add Shopify Store Authorization

Navigate to Platform Authorization > Shopify > Add Authorization.

2.4 Fill Basic Information

Store name and store code can be customized.

2.5 Fill Authorization Information

Enter the platform name from the store link obtained in step 2.1.

2.6 Inventory Sync Settings (Optional)

Choose whether to enable inventory sync. If enabled:

If "领星WMS" app is already installed: Authorization succeeds immediately.
